If you do not agree to giving ownership of your data on the SmartRay Global platform to our “US” who is operating this site, please contact info@smartraysolutions.com to delete your account and all associated data.

DATA REPLACEMENT POLICY

We believe in providing the best of service in the industry. however we do understand scenarios or cases or orders where either one or both the parties aren’t satisfied. We consider every replacement request on case by case basis as customer’s requirements vary from one another.

We “SmartRay Solutions” believe and abide by 100% data replacement policy towards any bad/bounce back emails received during a campaign run by our clients.

All and any data replacement requests have to be raised within a week of a project delivery and shared in a hand written letter or via email correspondence addressing it to your account specific manager and marking a copy to info@smartraysolutions.com.
